Making the jump from supervisee to supervisor can feel daunting, which is why having a solid foundation for providing supervision can be essential at this stage of psychologists’ career development. This workshop is targeted at clinicians with limited experience providing clinical supervision, but who would like to feel competent and confident as they begin the provision of supervision. Training will be self-reflective, practice-driven and outcome focussed with an emphasis on development of essential skills for successful supervision. Attendees can expect to leave this workshop with enhanced competence and confidence in their ability to embark on supervising students and peers.
